The Zaborze street in Bolesławiec has been rebuilt within May 2010 to June 2011. While realizing construction works, the contractor made many mistakes and works in conflict with the construction project. Thereby, the Bolesławiec Town Hall commissioned an expertise of the Zaborze street in the scope of an evaluation of compliance of the works with the project, technical and construction regulations and the quality of the works. As a result, it has been ascertained that the project was performed with a blatant breach of the Construction Code, technical and construction regulation and Polish Norms. The performed expertise was a basis of claims from the contractor in the form of legal proceedings. |
